In GOV Prod, between Jan 6, 2026 16:33 UTC and 18:59 UTC, the Workflow Rules Service experienced an issue due to a default file shipped with system updates that caused a conflict in the Workflow Rules Service. This service is critical for Automated Workflows. This resulted in Automated Workflows stopped working in GOV Prod entirely. The issue was resolved by replacing the default file with the correct internal version.
